Above registration fees include:
• Access to the scientific sessions
• Access to the exhibition area
• Congress Material, including final program

* Students are required to present their student identification card to the course secretariat upon registration

** EANS or ESNR Members need to give their membership number to the course secretariat upon registration

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted via e-mail to the course secretariat at linc@synthesispco.com

• For cancellations submitted until 7 January 2019, 50% of the total participation amount will be withheld as cancellation fees
• For cancellations submitted from 8 January until 31 January 2019, 80% of the total participation amount will be withheld as cancellation fees
• No refunds will be made after 1 February 2019

Name Changes
Name changes must be submitted via e-mail to the congress secretariat at linc@synthesispco.com

• For name changes submitted until 7 January 2019, no extra charge will apply
• For name changes submitted from 8 January until 31 January 2019, 30 € per name change will be withheld
• No name changes are possible after 1 February 2019
